Airfare refund still pending

The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) proposed either a refund or credit shell plan to reimburse passengers whose flights were cancelled during the nation-wide lockdown. A three-judge bench led by Justice Ashok Bhushan said tickets booked through travel agents would be refunded through travel agents.
