The project, set to become one<br>of the country\u2019s premier manufacturing sites, aligns with the nation\u2019s broader goal<br>of establishing a self-sufficient semiconductor ecosystem.&nbsp;The project with an<br>investment of Rs 27,000 crore is expected to be operational by mid-2025.<br>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Morigaon facility will produce up to 48 million semiconductor chips daily and<br>employ advanced packaging technologies like flip chips and Integrated System in<br>Package (ISIP). It is designed to cater to essential sectors such as automotive,<br>electric vehicles, telecommunications, and consumer electronics. It is a high-<br>capacity production facility, and its daily output will serve both domestic and<br>international markets.
